I am very pleased with 1Flat-Rate (Julius) and the trucking company-ACE Transport (David) that shipped my car from Virginia to California. They were on time, attentive, courteous, respected the online quote when I called, and even sent me emails on the transport status of my car while in transit. I know there are a lot of bad reviews on various companies about this process-however, as a service member with lots of experience shipping cars and household goods, 1Flat-Rate and ACE Transport have earned my kudos for their excellent customer service and a job very well done!
