Lied about pickup and having drivers, and then you can't get Julius, just Stephanie in Customer Service who knows nothing

On 7/5/17 I was advised by Julius that he had drivers available to pick up the Audi on 7/7, 7/8 and 7/10 for $585, which was confirmed by Brenda on 7/6 when I signed their contract. On 7/10, the dealer advised me that the Audi was still sitting at their dealership. I called for Julius at 9:38am and Stephanie (customer service) said no pickup was scheduled and tat Julius would call before noon - he was there just busy. I called at 3:23 got Stephanie but Julius not available. I called at 3:53 and got Stephanie again and told her I would hold for Julius. Finally Julius got on the phone and said he couldn't find a driver, but maybe he could for more money. He wouldn't explain why there were no drivers on 7/7, 7/8 and 7/10 as he had represented to me on 7/5 and confirmed on 7/6 when the contract was signed. I cancelled the contract. This company is a fraud. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get a contract and the do nothing. Don't trust them - it is a bait and switch.
