I used this service before in 2015 to ship our Mini and was great then.
This time I had my BMW shipped from Florida West Palm Beach area to San Jose CA. The service was impeccable from booking all the way to delivery.
The car was picked up the day after we booked and everything went smooth as advertised. There were phone and email updates regarding the status and preparation for loading and unloading.
Daniel the driver was exceptionally friendly and informative, he knew exactly what to do and what was going to happen.
In all we are very satisfied with the results, needless to say the BMW arrived as scheduled and without a scratch. We will definitely use this service again and recommend to our friends.
