Excellent customer service from Julius and Stephany from 1Flat-Rate! Julius was quick and efficient to schedule a transporter, and when that transporter fell through (truck broke down), he and Stephany were quick to find a replacement transporter. It only took a week from the time we were originally scheduled to when our car arrived! The driver, Rick with MVR Transport, was fantastic, as was customer service (I can't recall her name). Julius, Stephany, and MVR kept me informed of my order status from the time they scheduled the car pickup to the time Rick delivered our car. There were no issues with the car. I was VERY satisfied with my experience. 1Flat-Rate came highly recommended, and I'm happy that I chose them. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future transports!
