I have used other “top carriers” with disappointment but gene from 1flatrate was amazing. His rates were low, he was super responsive (unlike other top carriers), and made his promises on pickup and drop off. I had his cell and the drivers cell.. they always picked up and provided an update Not sure if you can ask for more One big benefit is that they don’t take deposits ... which a real plus. Ps: I have paid a deposit before to other carriers and regretted it.
