I shopped around and got many lowball offers that quickly went up by hundreds of dollars. I sent 1flat-rate an email and got a quick reply with the lowest price. I spoke to Julius by phone. Very professional and friendly. He promised pickup by Monday and it got picked up two delays earlier, which was fine by me. They worked seamlessly with the dealer to get my car. The driver contacted me a day ahead of delivery, exactly as I was promised. It arrived seven days later and in perfect shape. I’ve bought and shipped dozens of cars over the years. This was by far the best experience I had shipping a car.
1flate-rate is the real deal. No bait and switch. No phony quotes. No extras. You get the lowest price and great customer service. I’ll keep them in mind if I need to ship anything in the future!
