I recently shipped a vehicle from Michigan to Washington state. I initially attempted to use the largest company but their shipping offers - and especially the length of time on hold when calling them - weren't great. 1flat-rate came in with a better deal and I was able to get the same agent on the phone multiple times without being put on hold. For completing the shipping on time, for a reasonable price, and communicating effectively they earned 5 stars from me.
