From the moment that Ray McClinchey first contacted me in response to a web formed I filled out, until the car was delivered, my husband I were kept completely informed as to the status of the order, pickup and delivery.
Ray was pleasant, courteous, and helpful ... he answered all of our questions up front. He told us he would be there the entire time, should any other questions come up and that he would keep us informed ... he did!
He also told us that the final cost would never be higher than the amount quoted but that it might be less ... it was!
Ray made the entire experience easy and pleasant.
