Agggghhhhh....I hate not getting a 100% review, although it was very good nonetheless. I don't write my own fictitious reviews here, like so many other companies do endlessly. I suppose they have to try and bury their negatives somehow. Anyway Bob........to your point. I had called your store a day before delivery. I spoke with one of your co-workers ( I guess ). In hindsight it was silly of me not to have called back and spoke to you personally, even though the guy I spoke with assured me he would relay the message to you. Point taken and a lesson learned. I've been in this business for 16 years( although only on this site a short while) and I appreciate and value constructive criticism. Thank you for an otherwise very good review.
