1 Flat Rate LLC was up front; on time at pick up and delivery; no separate broker fees and no down payment. James Michael Trucking was the carrier with Mike Falco the driver. It was a very easy process. We had contacted several carriers and these folks kept it simple and delivered what they said they would do. Mike, the driver was very courteous, conducted a joint inspection of the car with us and took care loading the vehicle and unloading our car. We appreciate their service.
