Very professional, no false information provided and was able to contact carrier by phone at any time. Pick up and delivery as per information provided and the driver was courteous and professional. We were able to change the delivery drop office address the day before the delivery within the same city. Also, 1Falt Rate did not require a deposit or credit card.
