I contacted this company following a recommendation from a friend who has used them several time and told me I would not be disappointed! I have to say I was very impressed with the service from the start of my initial inquiry to the collection and final delivery of my vehicle. Everything was done so professionally. Ray made contact with me several times to let me know the time my car would be collected and while it was enroute. He certainly knew what he was talking about and I was delighted that my friend recommended the company. I, in turn will pass on my recommendations.
The driver collected my car on time as promised and Ray called me prior to the collection and after the collection. He also made contact with me to let me know where my car was enroute and prior to its delivery which was exactly on time. The truck driver whom I dealt with was both pleasant & couteous and mentioned that 1 Flate rate is a company highly rated among drivers.
My car arrived on time and in the perfect condition I knew it would. In the past I have shipped using various companies in the past but this time that I happily say I would use 1 flat rate over & over again. The price was much cheaper than I expected also which was great, as it left me with a few extra dollars for other things! Well done Ray & thanks! Mike.
