After a very bad experience with another company, I called 1FlatRate because they do not require any kind of deposit. Ray was honest and polite, and the company was very good about keeping in touch with phone calls and emails. It was only 5 days total from the time I first called for a quote to the time my car was delivered. Very smooth transaction overall.
