My 2010 Camaro was picked up on Feb.17th 2011 and finally delivered on March 8th, 20 days! I did get a call from the truck driver explaining that his truck brok down in Arizona. And would take extra time. I never heard from 1 Flat-Rate LLC! Finally after I call both the driver and Flat-Rate i get a return phone call, first from the driver then Flat Rate. Today I get a call from the driver stating the car will be delivered today, I said great! That will be COD, which I knew and 900.00. The quote was for 800.00 not 900.00. Not only did it take 20 days for my car to get here Flat Rate gve the wrong info. If you want your delivered in hurry you ha to pay more for the service!!
But when it takes ab extra 2 weeks you get screwed. Flat Rate said they would take 50.00 dolllars of the total. Isa id forget it. There are other ways to get your money back. This is worth more than 50.00 dollars right here. I hope to her from them! This may be a one time thing I don't know! But I'll never use them again.

It's actually nice to get such a review. Flights get delayed, taxis have accidents and....yes............trucks sometimes break down. In this case, this truck had to have a complete new transmission installed,............ it caused a delay of 7 days........... !!!! ..... As the customer knows well, we were in constant communication with both him and the driver.............
