I would really recommend 1Flatrate. I spoke with a representative and he was very specific about what should happen and did not make any promises that he could not keep. He gave a me a window of time and services were locked in within that time frame. They were a day late picking up the car, but it wasn't due to the contractor, it was more with the driver, and even more due to traffic in California. But to the driver's credit, he called and explained why he was late and we agreed it would be better to just come the next morning. He showed up bright and early. I highly recommendly this company and if my needs ever arise again, I would not hesitate to call on them for services.
