Mike at 1Flat-Rate underpromised and overdelivered. He took the time to explain the auto shipping process, and then their bid for an enclosed transport was less than most companies wanted for an open transport. While he stated it might take up to two weeks to pick up the car, they had it picked up in two days, and it was delivered on time in perfect condition. Everything 1Flat-Rate had control over went perfectly. My only complaint is that the driver of the trucking company they sent spoke little English, and therefore he had a very hard time finding the pick-up address. He also had the same problem on delivery, even though the delivery location was a Wal-Mart Supercenter on a major U.S. highway. The truck trailer was great however, and it accomodated my lowered 1998 Mustang Cobra Convertible with no problems and no scrapping on the loading ramp. Overall a very good experience, and I will most certainly be using 1Flat-Rate in the future.
