The first company I attempted to do business with let my vehicle sit on a dealership lot for a week. My brother in law recomended One Flat Rate, he said he had used them twice with excellent results. I contacted Ray with One Flat Rate at 9pm on 05/19/2011, (yes 9pm), the other guys were only open from 9am to 4pm and they never answered the phone. Ray had my vehicle on a transport truck in less than 24 hours headed my way. They also kept me updated through the whole process. As far as auto transport I would never consider useing anyone other than One Flat Rate. Why would I? They explained everything in detail to me and beat the time frame they det for themselves.
