I'm shocked at your level of professionalism.
Your inability to follow through and follow up as promised is your issue. Additionally, your inability to convey how your business works is also your problem.
I've already secured subsequent transportation and they were extremely professional. Explaining immediately that they required a three day window for pick up and an additional three day window for transport. They were so confident in their ability to deliver with "windows", they won't even do business without in writing acknowledgement of said windows.
I expressed my appreciation got them in touch with my dealer and proceeded accordingly. Maybe instead of being insulting because your customer service skills are below par you could use this as a learning opportunity.
You should not let your mouth write checks your ass cannot cash.
