Daughter's car must go!!

Our daughter joined the Air Force out of medical school. She needed to have her car by a specific date due to her obligations. I checked around and found this web site and read the reviews like you may doing now. I noticed a story that I found very interesting and also the repsonse from the company. I later found out that the customer was full of it and that the company was very upfront with their service. I also read another story and e-mailed that person and she responded with a glowing report.

I called Eric at 1st Call Auto and he and I worked out an arrangement that best fit my needs. We needed her car in Miss by 8/3/07. The car was picked up on 7/27. It was in Miss on 7/29 ready and waiting at the location we requested safe and sound.

If you need to have your car shipped, I would recommend that you plan far enough ahead so that should you need extra time for special needs like we did, Eric & Stephanie are the ones for you to call. Eric placed me on a conference call with the driver Ralph so that we were all on the same page. The communication was great. Don't get frustrated if Eric does not call you everyday, his business is such that he is working behind the sceen to coordinate all the pick ups and drop offs. When he says that your car is going to be picked up and delivered as you worked out, it will; baring some unforseen circumstances. I would use Eric again if needed. GREAT SERVICE. Better delivery service that the Air Force. Our daughter is still waiting for her furniture.

We just returned from the trip so this is why I am just posting this review today.
