We were shipping my daughter's car from AZ back to college in NY. I have to say that Eric went beyond the call of duty because even though his original quote was too low he stuck by what he told me and honored his quote. I had one other experience shipping a car cross country which turned out to be a nightmare so I was beyond happy with my experience with 1st Call. The car was delivered in three days and even though there was some confusion about the place of delivery, I will definitely use them again when we have to ship the car back.
