I had a number of concerns due to the fact that the car i purchased was 1700 miles from my house. The customer service i received from eric was stellar. I had to contact him a number of times with concerns and he was fully capable of addressing each issue with promptness and professionalism. I highly suggest that if you are in need of a company to transport a vehicle for you, that you contact eric and you will be treated right. It may sound cheesy but make your first call to 1st call auto haul. You won't be disappointed. I was even able to get my car a whole day in advance of the projected arrival. I was very satisfied with the service i received and will only deal with them for any future auto transport needs that may arise in my life. THANKS 1ST CALL!!!!!!!!
