I have shipped about 8 cars over the last 10 years, each experience was vastly different and this time around, I decided to try using a broker, so using the Internet, I found Eric and 1st Call. From the first phone call, Eric was understanding of my time frame and unique vehicle needs. He actually called me 3 times in the first 24 hours to verify and line up everything. At first I could not believe the attention and care, but after talking to him and then getting confirmations promptly sent to me, I was feeling good. So then a pickup date was promised, and no other carriers were even close to matching my request, but Eric was totally able to coordinate a carrier, enclosed and delivery 1 week to the day I initially called. This type of service and time frame is unheard of, the nthe actualy shipper was just as caring, phone calls from dispatch, the driver and when I met the driver, he was extremely cool and caring about my car. I will totally use Eric and 1st Call for all my automobile shipping needs. AWESOME !!!
