Although the first assigned transporter did not show as promised, Eric Sailer was very conscientious about getting me another carrier immediately---I had another carrier within an hour and my car was picked up promptly by a very courteous and experienced driver in New Jersey. And I received my car in Arizona a day early. Overall, I found the customer service offered by this company to be superior.
