Eric of 1st Call Auto Haul was very helpful; it took a few tries to actually get him on the phone, but if you leave a message he gets back promptly. He guided me through the options for pickup/delivery so that it would best work for my schedule of moving from Mass-Michigan. When the first carrier's schedule was too early, he helped find a better timed pickup. He knows the carriers and recommends those he's worked with most successfully in the past for customer satisfaction. This is the second time I've had my car transported (the first was with another company cross country) and for this move I'm glad I used this website to pick a company locally based with good reviews.
