Simply excellent. Would recommend to anyone. No issues.
Scheduling was easy, information was easy to get, contacted at every stage of the way. We switched delivery address, no issues. We switched who was receiving the car, no issues. The driver was nice and helpful and gave us money for a cab because the destination for actual pickup in NJ was not ideal. Our unairconditioned cab ride to the train station to get back to NYC was the only negative and that was our fault for choosing the wrong cab. The driver was actually the owner and he refused our tip and was extremely nice. Eric, the broker, was informative and easy to get in touch with. We never had a doubt our car wouldn't show up or be taken care of.
