Excellect communication and honesty by Eric at 1st Call. Absolutely would use again.

The vehicle was transported by Chris with Arizona Autoshippers. Chris communicated well while arranging the delivery time and location. There was some damage to the radio antenna that was not present when the vehicle was loaded. The bent antenna was sitting on the seat when i took delivery.Chris said he discussed takiing the antenna off of the vehicle with the dealer and the dealer declined. Chris said he was doing me a favor by removing the antenna (albeit too late) to prevent even more damage. I do find it rather strange that the carrier would allow the antennas to remain on if there was a good chance of damage... Anyway, i will simply replace the antenna as i didn't have the time to argue with chris over the relatively minor damage. It was 3pm and i had a 6 hr drive ahead of me and a border to cross. I would like clarification on who is responsible for things like antennas in the future though...
