Amazing Service! Highly recommended! Exceeded expectations!

If I hadn't found 1st Call Auto Haul, I might have spent hundreds of dollars renting a car.

-I called multiple car movers over a two week period.
-No other company could or would provide detailed pickup or delivery information unless I paid for service first.
-I had been waiting for a week for another lower priced company to arrive and they never showed up.
-I contacted Eric Sailer on Thursday 9/18 around 4pm and explained that I needed my car moved ASAP as I couldn't afford to rent a car for an indefinite period of time.
-Eric explained the transportation process clearly and offered to check for an available driver before I had agreed to pay for anything.
-By 7pm that evening, Eric had located a driver that could pick my car up either that evening or the next morning. I opted for the next morning and Eric arraigned a conference call with the driver (Slavik from STO Transport).
-Slavik told me that he had no deliveries between my location in South Florida and my destination in Portland, Oregon. As I would be the "last car on and the first car off" I was told that my car would likely be delivered on Monday 9/22. Slavik said that he would call me at 8am the following morning (Friday 9/19).
-Slavik called at precisely 8am on Friday 9/19 and picked up my car near my location at 8:30 am. He was polite, professional and a perfect gentleman; I felt completely safe and comfortable giving him my car. He told me that he was on schedule to deliver it on Monday weather permitting.
-Slavik called on Sunday afternoon and told me that, since the weather had been perfect along his route, he was actually running ahead of schedule and could deliver my car first thing the next morning or late that evening. I opted for late that evening and Slavik told me he would call at 8pm to arrange a drop-off point near my location in Portland.
-Slavik called a few minutes after 8pm and at 9:30pm on Sunday 9/21 (one day early!), Slavik delivered my car less than a mile from my location. The car was in perfect condition.

While 1st Call Auto Haul is not the cheapest company, and you will likely be tempted to sign with a lower priced company, I urge you not to. The peace of mind you will have from using this company and knowing the status of your car delivery is worth every penny. Plus, accurate delivery information will save you money as you will not have to rent a car for an indefinite period of time. This company is extremely professional and Eric clearly understands how much customers need their vehicles, he is highly selective about the drivers he hires and he cares about his customers. The communication was excellent and 1st Call Auto Haul exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend 1st Call Auto Haul with no reservations. Absolutely perfect move.
