Just how it should be. I called 1st Call Auto Haul because I did not want to deal with any brokers. After speaking with them, I realized they were the company I should use. They make a weekly run into Colorado, are familiar with the 5 boroughs in New York, and were very accomodating regarding the pcik-up and delivery times -working them around my schedule as best they could. Five stars all the way.
