I have to be honest. I didn't trust anybody on the Internet, sight unseen. I read the reviews on this sight and immediately eliminated 80% of the haulers. 1st Call Auto Haul was spared because the reviews, although limited, were excellent. I called them and Eric answered. Mind you. this is after 9:00 PM and I got a live person...the owner. He took the time to discuss my questions for over 40 minutes. After that, I was sold. My payment for the vehicle was late in arriving and it looked like the hauler he had lined up was going without my car. To add to my concern, the biggest storm on the east coast was quickly approaching. Between the time the payment for the car was received and the time they loaded it was less than 7 hours! The car was out of the area 9 hours before the storm hit and in my town 4 days later. WOW! This sight is a real asset. I have NO reservations recommending 1st Call Auto Haul and Eric Sailer.
