Eric was very patient in explaining how the process and transport of my car was going to happen. Because I could not have the car picked up after the 21st of February I started my ten day window on the 10th. I recieved a call back from Eric a few hours after our initial conversation with someone who could transport the car on the first day of my window (the 10th). Although a little earlier than I would have liked, I was very thankful that my car was going to be leaving because Santa Maria California is not an easy place to have a car picked up from. (Someone I know had been waiting 2 weeks.) After I made a phone call I found a friend in Wyoming that was willing to pick up the car and look after it until I arrived. He tells me that the car is running great and that it is adjusting to the cold and snowy wheather just fine.
