Good experience overall. Eric arranged shipping and the car arrived in 12 days once contracted.
Eric was very helpful and actually took the time to explain the transport procedure to me, as this was my first time having a car shipped.
The car was picked the car up on time, but had a breakdown on the road which caused a late arrival. However, the driver kept me informed along the way so I wasn't left hanging.
I offered to pick up and drive the car home once it arrived at their yard since it was a weekend and only about an hour away.
Once off the trailer, they put some gas in and helped me get it started since the battery was dead, (it's 37 year old Chevy), in ten degree temperatures!
