I purchased a vehicle on ebay and had to have it transported across country. I heard about so many horror stories of cars transported showing up late or damaged I spent a tremendous amount of time reviewing and calling different transport companies. I got quotes and spoke to at least a dozen different companies, most put you on a voicemail or some kind of menu. When I did finally get to speak to someone they did not ask me anything but the basics about my car. This was not the case with 1st Call Auto Hall, Eric Sailer was prompt in answering all my calls and was the only person to ask me very specific details about my vehicle and how he could then be sure to provide the best transporter for my vehicle. I found this became very relavent when my vehicle showed up and the truck driver commented on thanks to Erics details he was able to place the vehicle on the truck with the least amount of trouble and in a way that would limit any chance of damage to accessories on the vehicle, (in my case large lights on top of the vehicle). The transport was earlier than expected and the communication throughout the transport was excellent. I would not hesitate for a second to use this company again in the future. Thanks Eric for providing curteous and effecient service.
