I must say that my experience with 1st Call Auto Hall was one of the most positive ones I have ever had with any service oriented company.
My father was in a Florida hospital and I had to arrange for his car to be shipped back to New York within a very short timeframe. 1st Call arranged for his car to be picked-up within 24 hours and ensured the carrier was in constant contact with my parents regarding the status of their car while it was in route to New York. I greatly appreciated the assistance of Eric Sailor during the transaction and his follow-up call asking about the car shipment and, more importanly, about my father's health. I am thrilled to say both came through with flying colors! You might pay a little more for 1st Call, but it's well worth it! This certainly proved to be a very satisfying experience during an otherwise tumultuous time for me and my family.
