This was the second time I had ever used a transport company to move my girlfriend's Toyota Celica. The first company I ever used was Specialty Mobile Systems about a year ago because of their rating on this website. There were problems throughout the transport.

I did not want to make the same mistake this time around so I did some more research and chose 1st Call Auto Haul. I spoke with Eric Sailer who was extremely knowledgable. He provided me with one of the best quotes and scheduled the transport. Eric is a man of his word and gets things done. He was confident that he would be able to schedule my vehicle, while other transport companies leave you guessing. I spoke to Eric late Friday and my car was ready to be picked up early Monday. The whole process was smooth and Eric kept me informed every step of the way. He was always reachable via e-mail or phone. After the car was delivered, Eric telephoned me to make sure everything was ok. I am very happy with the customer service, expertise, and transport provided by 1st Call Auto Haul and I WILL be calling Eric again for my next transport.
