First Call Auto was great....Eric really helped me when I needed it the most. Then when I switched to dealing with the truckers, things went down hill. The day of the pick up was changed hours after it was supposed to have been picked up. Then the delivery was completely awful. The trucker was rude, he threatened me, and he was rude to my fiance. THe people in the office were helpful but it was too late. They did not respond in a timely manner and the trucker was even worse in person than he was on the phone. I would not use the truckers again but I would call Eric to arrange for a transport.
