I will be sure to use this company again to ship my car. After a poor experience with another broker that has received a number of negative reviews on this sight, I came upon 1st Call Auto Haul and received the best service possible. Eric was extremely reliable, honest, easy to get in touch with, helpful, reassuring, and pleasant to do business with. After purchasing a new car and feeling somewhat uneasy about shipping it across the U.S., I became confident with Eric's ability to do the job and do it right after the first time we spoke. Since my other deal fell through, I was in a hurry to have my car shipped, and Eric did everything he could to make sure that service was prompt and that timelines were realistic and reasonable. My car was picked up when promised and dropped off when promised with NO DAMAGE...across the U.S. Eric put me in touch with the carrier that would be transporting my car and he was just as helpful and reliable as Eric was. I was able to call to track progress and maintained constant communication with the carrier. Throughout the entire experience, I felt as though both Eric and the carrier (Kelly), treated my car as if it were their own.

Beware of brokers/carriers that paint a perfect picture of the car shipping process and tell you whatever you want to hear. I would rather have someone ship my car that will be truthful and realistic when it comes to the process, than someone that will lie just to get the sale- After all, your car is in their hands. Because of this, I will use 1st Call Auto Haul again. Also, be an informed consumer. Take a look at ratings on this website and pay attention to them. If I had known about this website before scheduling the first broker that fell through, I NEVER would have contracted with them. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about 1st Call Auto and the great work they did or about which broker you should definitely not use.

Thanks, Eric!
