I had compared prices and services for several weeks before picking 1st Call Auto Haul. I was truly amazed with their efficient, honest and knowledgeable service. Eric was the first person I spoke to, he was very attentive and explained the process to me in detail. Most of the carriers I called would give you a quote and hang up but he was willing to explain the step-by-step procedure.

Moreover, 1st Call Auto Haul gave me the best rate with the service. My main concern was prompt delivery and the ability to contact the driver throughout the trip. It was a breeze.

I called, I think on Tuesday to place the order and my car was picked up on Friday. Once a truck driver is assigned, someone called my number to inform me of the name and contact number of the truck driver (which was very reassuring). As of that point, I could call the driver at anytime (I tried not to bug him too much but I was calling!!!) I was actually in Texas and had to have a friend wait at my apartment in California to give the driver the car. He called me a couple of hours before he was to pick up my car and same with the drop off.

My car was delivered in Dallas, Texas on the Monday around 5pm. Overall, I had a great experience with 1st Call Auto Haul. I would definitely use them if I need that service and would definitely recommend them. Very professional yet simple and with that rate, you can't go wrong.
