I worked with Eric to facilitate the delivery process which he thoroughly explained. Pickup to delivery was flawless. Although I was anxious for delivery since this was my first experience I was confident that it would be delivered as scheduled. Eric and Alex, who actually transported the vehicle from PA, kept me informed through the entire process. Alex, with A & M Express Transport, was very customer service oriented. We schedule the time of delivery as he got closer to my location and sure enough was there on time! He patiently inspected the vehicle with me prior to sign off. I received a follow-up phone call from Eric after delivery. Thanks guys. It couldn't have gone better!
