1st Call Auto Haul was Excellent - Shipper was Problem though

Dealing with Eric was excellent. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Never had to wait for any calls. Problem came with the hired shipper though. American Auto Transports or whatever their name was. I took the first available shipping date. The guy said he would be there around noon. He didn't show up till 5pm and when i called he kept saying he'll be there. Same happened when getting the delivery. I kept calling the guy asking where he was. He kept saying he was close and i was the next stop. Instead of 5 days which they guy told us it took 7 and it arrived at midnight of the 7th day. He said either take it midnight or take it at who knows when in the afternoon

1st Call auto is great - some of the shippers they hire aren't
