Having my car picked up from my daughter in Manhattan and delivered to my son in the Bay Area went as well as I could realistically expect. Eric at 1st Call Auto Hall did what I asked, stayed in touch, found a reliable transport, and the transport, MAKI, did as good a job as one could expect. It was a difficult pickup by a smaller truck on the streets of Manhattan and the delivery had to deal with my son's class schedule but it all was done, if not exactly on time, in a way that was communicated well and worked out well. Any person who ships a car must pay attention to what you want and be flexible and I found 1st Call and MAKI both were responsive and professional and I would use them again. I say this after reading many reviews of other brokers on this website, calling several of the better ones, and being ready to be disappointed. I was not.
