This was my first experience with shipping an automobile, and I was wary about it. 1st Call is a broker, and Eric provided good service. He was quite professional and communicative, which I value highly. After a false/aborted start with the first carrier that he chose, he quickly secured another transport carrier, and the vehicle was picked up and delivered without incident for a reasonable cost, and in a reasonable time frame (less than 5 days). Pickup and delivery were both a little late, but within reason (within 1 day of when promised). Thank you, Eric!
