I was looking to move two cars from Chicago to Santa Clara. I looked around a couple of places and found 1st call auto haul through this website. I chose it since it was great ratings and most seemed to have a good experience.

Eric was great from the start, he was very knowledgeable and provided honest answers to all my questions. I was quoted a price which was slightly higher (50-100) than a couple of other carriers but I was willing to pay a premium for good service. Eric initially wanted to schedule his brother's carrier service to make doubly sure that my cars would reach on time but eventually based on scheduling issues, Hermit Haulin was my carrier.

Hermit was fabulous as well, it's run by a couple who seem to cross-country every week. I asked for the cars to be transported to Santa Clara so that my brother could pick them up.

Three days later, the cars arrived and apart from being dusty they drive like they used to. I'm very happy with Eric and 1st Call Auto Haul as well as Haulin Hermits and would recommend them highly.
