The broker is great but the carrier is not so much.

I use First Call Auto Haul twice. The first time I shipped my car from Texas to Michigan. It went very well. The carrier was great. He was very careful with loading the car and professional with the paper work.

The second time I shipped it from Michigan back to Texas. It did not go well. The carrier did not tie the car frame but the wheels only which made the car bounce during transportation. My car ended up with a scratch on the hoot. What upset me was that when I asked for the document showing original condition of the car, the carrier quickly faked the original condition on that document and argued that the scratch was already there.

I will use 1st Call Auto Haul again but I will surely notice Eric to pick a better carrier for me than the second carrier.
