Eric and Stephanie provided good customer service in brokering the transport, especially in the initiation phase, as this was our first time. They engaged a carrier who provided very good service including proactive communications, prompt arrival, and safe delivery. We came to understand from the driver that if an auction pickup site had remained open 15 more minutes, our car would've been delivered in 2 days instead of 4. Instead, the driver had to wait out the weekend until the auction house opened on Monday.

The process could be more assuring if 1st Haul would check in with the carrier & customer during the transport to ensure everything is OK. There was a concern at one point when the carrier dispatcher left me a voicemail with the driver's name and *MY* phone number, as I did not know if the dispatcher provided the driver the correct phone number. One day and a couple phone calls later (the dispatch office was not open 24 hrs) the contact info was corrected and thereafter the driver maintained great communications.
