I was happy with the speed with which Eric sourced a transport company after my initial request. The transport outfit (Stan's Auto Express) was flexible on the pickup and delivery dates- almost too flexible. Even though we set specific pickup (Friday) and delivery (following Monday) dates, they called on Wednesday to see if they could pick up the car (which wasn't possible) and called again on Thursday to see if they could pick it up (which was OK- 1 day earlier than expected). Apparently their driver was very quick driving from Seattle to SF because he immediately called the day after pickup to see if he could deliver the car. Since I was still in Seattle, this was impossible and a bit annoying considering I had specified Monday as the delivery date. In the end, everything worked out and the car was delivered relatively clean and with no problems.
