I called 1st Chance transport to get my vehicle shipped and was impressed right off the bat with the knowledge of the business and the great attitude about getting my vehicle shipped. This was my first time to do this so I had a million questions. I had called several other brokers to talk to them and everyone I talked to *warned* of of other brokers and *low* prices and everything you can imagine. I could tell they were trying desperately to get my business by trying to make me thing everyone was out to get me. This scared me. When I called 1st Chance, I spoke to a lady named Laurie. I put her through about ten minutes of questions because at this point I was leary of these brokers. She told me up front that she was a broker. She told me what her fee was in this case and what the deposit would be. She also said she had a driver that she worked with that she knew was in Texas that day getting another car and that he had space. I was in shock. With the other people I had talked to not one of them took time to tell me how much their fee was or even said when they could get my car. I ask if she had refrences and of coarse she did. Alot of them. They all turned out to be good ones too. I was mainly impressed because she did tell me to be very careful and if i did not go with her company to at least check everyone out through the BBB or a website that she gave me. I decided to give her the chance to prove herself. My car was picked up that day and delivered in 5 days and it was in great shape. The driver was awesome and all I can say is this. This company is great. Not one time did she try to run other brokers down to me and tell me how bad this industry was. You have my vote for Company of the Year. Good Job 1st Chance Transport. You have a poster on our bulletin board at work that employees hundreds of people.If word of mouth works in your business you will have alot of business to come.
