Excellent service and I have already recommended you to another customer. Great rates, great responsiveness on email. Getting you by phone when you had questions we needed to answer was rather difficult and time consuming. Driver was fine and quite communicative. Your website was very good, however the tracking status was lacking. All it ever said was in-route when the car was on the truck, and never did get updated on the actual day of delivery. It wasn't a problem for us because the driver and the recipient communicated by phone, but I was led to believe the tracking portion of the database would be more detailed than that. All in all a very good experience and we would use you again.
