All we can say to Stephaine is we are sorry. We did cut our fees in half to get her car moving right after her first date the vehicle was ready. The current gas prices have this industry upside down! Stephanie's vehicle did get delivered safe and sound three days late. It does happen in this industry. I am not sure what to say about us not being reachable, someone is in the office M-F 7am to 5pm, some hours on the weekends.
