After a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE with not ONE, but TWO XXXunreliable and fraudulent transport companies XXXI came upon 123 Transport. My son's truck was in Los Angeles for "spring semester". I first started to ATTEMPT to get it back to MA at the end of April. The first company (apparently) bid TOO LOW and was having trouble getting anyone to take the truck XXXwhich, they never ADMITTED to, but they did CANCEL my order, return my calls AND my deposit. The second company was a NIGHTMARE!! My initial contact was GREAT XXXbut after that it was HORRIBLE. I ATTEMPTED to complain about this company ONLINE XXXand was SHOT DOWN!! My "contact" DIANE seems to spend more time on these sights DEFENDING HERSELF and her COMPANY than she does with her customers and ACTUAL BUSINESS. What a JOKE. ANYWAYS XXXBRANDI at 123 Transport was an ANGEL!! After I explained my NIGHTMARE(s) she started to work on helping me RIGHT AWAY XXXand didn't stop until she had a driver scheduled to pick-up the vehicle. She was ALWAYS THERE for me XXXvia email, or the phone XXXher follow-up was incredible!! The driver, Dennis, was GREAT too!! Very helpful, understanding, and professional. We had some "issues" with getting someone to drive the truck to the driver (my son had returned to MA 5 weeks ago) and with the truck not STARTING (seeing that it sat for 6 weeks, not being started), then a matter of it being loaded with my "son's LIFE" (as he put it) XXXbut Dennis and Brandi helped us out XXXand we got the BLESSED TRUCK back to MA XXXFINALLY!!!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 123 Transport. They are friendly, professional and THEY CARE!!!
