Very Good Experience

I did a lot of research before choosing a company to ship my car from Southern California to Kansas City and I finally settled on 1st Choice because of the strong reviews from other customers. The entire process was easy and painless. I placed the order by phone, they emailed me an authorization form which I signed and faxed to them on Tuesday morning, my car was picked up Tuesday afternoon and delivered to my door step on Sunday afternoon - 6 days later! It was really a very good experience. The driver was friendly and professional. The one improvement that would have really made this an exceptional experience is some sort of web-based tracking mechanism or periodic updates from either the driver or the office regarding the progress of the trip in order that I could have had a more precise idea of the exact delivery day and time. The estimated delivery date was Friday and the actual delivery date was Sunday. No big deal in the grand scheme of things but some sort of update/tracking system would have allowed me a bit more flexibility to get some other things done on Friday and Saturday. Instead, I was hanging around at home waiting for the delivery. Overall, this was a very, very good experience.
